UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form 2025/2026 is Out .
This is to inform all 2025/2026 prospective UTME Admission candidates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University who successfully registered for PUTME and may wish to apply for supplementary Admissions into various Departments of study in the institution to note that the exercise will commence on Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 by 2PM
- The advertisement is for candidates who are willing to study these underlisted programmes when admitted.
- Intra-University transfer can only be possible after two years of study.
Candidates who have successfully shopped are to note the following:
- Continually check the “transfer approval” panel of JAMB CAPS so as to promptly accept their transfer to the new program as soon as it is posted.
- Ensure that their O’level result/s are properly uploaded to their JAMB CAPS, to enable the successful processing of their admission.
This advert is strictly for candidates who have not already been admitted into any Department in the institution.

Steps to Shop for a Programme
- Login to your profile at apply.unizik.edu.ng.
- If you have already purchased the POST-UTME form, proceed to the Shopping tab. If you have not purchased it:
- Add your D’level results.
- Purchase the POST-UTME form.
- Click the Shopping tab (Left side of the screen on a computer OR top of the screen on a phone).
- View the list of courses/programmes you are eligible for.
- Click “Reserve Spot” for your programme of choice.
- Pay shopping fee online via CREDD (Card only) to confirm your reservation.
- Go to the shopping tab and repeat 4, 5 and 6 to pay for another desired course to increase your chances of getting admitted. Please note that applicants can only reserve up to three courses/programmes.
- Payment deadline:
- A reservation without payment will expire after 2 hours.
- Ensure payment is completed within this period. The University is not liable for payments made after a reservation expires.
- After reservation confirmation, check the JAMB CAPS transfer page regularly to accept your transfer offer.
- You may cancel a confirmed reservation, but any payment already made will be forfeited. To shop again, a new payment will be required.
PLEASE NOTE
Candidates can shop more than one courses (for example, a professional and non professional courses). This process is strictly on merit.
Important Notes for UNIZIK Admission Shopping
- If you have already been considered for admission, you will not be able to participate in shopping.
- The website will be open for shopping only at the advertised time.
- Queueing will be enabled.
- The first 1000 users will gain access, while others will wait in the waiting room.
- Each active user has 5 minutes to complete the shopping process. After 5 minutes, you will be moved back to the waiting room and the next set of applicants in the queue will be admitted.
- Active users will see a countdown timer at the top of their browser.
- If you are in the waiting room, monitor your queue number to know when you will be let in.
- Applicants can shop up to 3 courses/programmes that they are eligible for.
- Only one of the three courses/programmes can be a professional course.
