- Six-Year Degree Programme:
- Candidates must have a minimum of Five (5) Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) credits or equivalents at one sitting in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Direct Entry (DE):
- Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at A/Level General Certificate of Education (GCE) or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 13 points.
- A bachelor’s degree in any Basic Sciences, Medical Science, or related Health Sciences from a recognized/accredited University with a minimum of second-class upper division.
B. HUMAN ANATOMY PROGRAMME: Admission Requirements
- Entry Level (100 Level):
- Minimum academic requirement is credit level passes in five subjects at Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC), including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Direct Entry:
- Credit pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Zoology at the Higher School Certificates or Advanced Level of General Certificate Examination or its equivalent.

C. RADIOGRAPHY AND RADIATION SCIENCES PROGRAMME: Admission Requirements
- Five-Year Degree Programme:

- Direct Entry (Four-Year Programme):
- First degree in Physical, Biological, or Basic Medical Sciences with at least second class lower division.

D. PHARMACOLOGY PROGRAMME: Admission Requirements
- Four-Year Degree Programme (UTME):
- Successful passes in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, and English Language at credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or its equivalent.
- Direct Entry:
- A’ Level credits in Chemistry, Physics/Maths, and Zoology/Botany/Biology.
