How to Apply for Federal Poly Kaltungo Post UTME Form
- Admitted candidates should obtain their admission letters and UTME results from the JAMB portal (E-Facilities).
- Candidates need to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for the payment of acceptance fee, which amounts to two thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only.
- andidates must visit the Polytechnic’s portal at www.fedpolyklt.edu.ng to fill in the screening form after paying the acceptance fee.
- Using the paid RRR number from step three, candidates should log in to the portal to print confirmation letters and other registration documents such as schedule of fees, registration procedures, acceptance of offer of provisional admission, next of kin form, matriculation oath form, verification of registration requirements, oath of allegiance form, and dress code.
- Admitted candidates are required to meet with their respective heads of departments (HODs) along with their original credentials and UTME result slip for scrutiny. After clearance by the HOD, candidates proceed to the next step.
- Payment of registration fee by generating RRR using only the JAMB number. Candidates cleared by the HOD will have access to the RRR for registration.
- Students need to proceed to the bank or online to pay the prescribed amount on the generated RRR for registration. It is advisable to confirm the amount from the Bursary Department before making payment.
- Students are to register their semester courses through the portal and print out the semester registration form, bio-data form, and examination eligibility card after approval by the HOD. The RRR number paid in step seven gives access to this function.
- Students must present RRR receipts to the Bursary Department for conversion to receipts.
- tudents are to present themselves with the original credentials to the registration officers at the Academic Secretary’s Office, where they will be issued two copies of customized files.
- Finally, students are to insert all relevant credentials into two files and distribute them to the Office of the Head of Department and the Office of the Registrar (Academic Secretary’s Office).
