Candidates Eligible to Buy Evangel University Post UTME Screening Form

• Applicants are required to have taken the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and achieved a minimum score determined by the school
• They must also possess a minimum of five credit passes, attained in not more than two sittings, in WAEC (SSCE), NECO, or NABTEB. These credits should include English language for Arts students and Mathematics for other programs, along with three other subjects relevant to the chosen course of study.
• Note: Candidates who did not initially select Evangel University can still apply by changing their institution on the JAMB website.
• Specific admission requirements:
  • Candidates must present the following documents:
    • Original JAMB result slip
    • Copies of O’Level results
    • Completed application forms
    • Proof of payment
    • Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
    • Testimonial from the last school attended
    • Reference letter from a referee, preferably a pastor or senior officer, vouching for the candidate’s character

  • If eligible, proceed to any of the designated banks listed below to make a payment of N82,000 for the application form, acceptance, and accreditation fee.
  • After making the payment, candidates should return to the website to complete the online application form and upload necessary documents, including the payment teller, O-level result, and JAMB original result slip. Subsequently, click on the submit button.
  • Alternatively, candidates can download the application form, fill it manually, and send it along with the required documents mentioned above as attachments to [email protected] for further processing.
