Candidates applying for BMU MUST meet the following criteria:
- Those who selected BMU as their preferred university and scored a minimum of 160 in the 2024/2025 UTME Results.
- Candidates who initially did not choose BMU but scored 160 or above and are ready to change to the University as their first choice before the screening date.
- Candidates must have duly uploaded their WASCE/NECO ‘Level Results on the JAMB CAPS.
- Candidates with Awaiting Results can apply

- Apply online at https://my.bmu.edu.ng/application/login
- The screening exercise for all candidates would be done strictly ONLINE by screening of qualifying results of candidates.
- There shall be no Post UTME candidates are therefore expected to fill the online application form, scan and upload the following documents during registration:
- 2024 Year’s UTME Result Slip
- O’level Result(s) with credit in the relevant subjects
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Scratch Card(s) details as applicable
- B.Sc/HND/ND/NCE/A’Level Certificate (Direct Entry Candidates Only)
- Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age Certificate
- Certificate of Origin
- Passport Photograph
- DIRECT ENTRY
- Candidates with the relevant certificates such as B.Sc/HND/ND/NCE/A’Level (IJMB, JUPEB and Institute of Baccalaureate) Certificate may be considered for admission by Direct Entry. BMU also admit students from other universities with the appropriate CGPA through Inter-University Transfer.
- Note
- a. All Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, and are further advised to upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal as a pre-condition for admission.

No the scratch card won’t get you the original certificate but just a print out of the result.

I did my BMU post UTME form registration online with my android phone successfully, but not yet uploaded my documents to JAMB CAP, can I do that in any computer center on Tuesday or Wednesday? Secondly, I have my original NECO certificate, is it necessary to have NECO scratch card uploading ?
Go to a Jamb CBT center to upload them
Just do it as it’s stated as a requirement also
