To qualify for the screening, candidates MUST meet the following criteria:

• All candidates must have taken the 2025 UTME
• Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes at one sitting or 6 credit passes at 2 sittings including English Language and Mathematics in WASCE, SSCE, NECO, GCE O’L or NABTE

How to Apply for Auchi Poly Post UTME Form

1. Visit Auchi Polytechnic website at www.auchipoly.edu.ng and navigate to ADMISSIONS on the menu and click on APPLY NOW.
2. On the application page, click on “Admission 2025/2026 (ND) Online screening” to initiate the application process.
3. Sign in as applicant with your JAMB Registration number as username to complete the Application Request Form
4. Click on ‘Print Remita Invoice’ when prompted and log out.
5. Proceed to the bank to pay the application fee of two thousand naira (N2, 000.00).
6. After payment, return to the School portal and Sign in again with your JAMB Registration number as username.
7. Click on submit when you are sure all information provided is correct.
8. Print the Application Form and Acknowledgment Slip for your reference.

• Candidates are to personally input accurate information, without using proxies, to avoid any errors in the completed form.
• It is recommended for each applicant to ensure they provide a correct and working email address and telephone number(s) when filling out the application form.
• Providing false information during the online screening will result in the invalidation of the application.
• The passport photograph submitted through JAMB will remain valid for the duration of the student’s studies at Auchi Polytechnic, if accepted.
