- Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) is a state-owned Nigerian university situated in Akungba Akoko, Ondo State.
- Initially established as Obafemi Awolowo University in March 1982 by the government of the old Ondo State, led by Chief Michael Adekunle Ajasin.
- The university’s name changed to Ondo State University in 1985 under the military government of Navy Commodore Michael Bamidele Otiko.
- Relocated to Akungba Akoko in 1999 due to the creation of a new state from the old Ondo State.
- The bill for the relocation was signed into law by Governor Adebayo Adefarati in November 1999.
- Renamed Adekunle Ajasin University in 2004 to honor the late Governor Ajasin, with the bill signed into law by Governor Adefarati.
- The amended statute of the university was signed into law in November 2007 by Governor Olusegun Agagu.
- AAUA’s history began in 1982, but its relocation in November 1999 marked a new phase in its history in Akungba Akoko

How Much is AAUA Post UTME Form
The post UTME form cost is Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N2,500).
Candidates Eligible to Buy AAUA Post UTME Screening Form
To qualify for the screening, candidates MUST meet the following criteria
- Must have selected AAUA as their first choice institution.
- Candidates who initially selected AAUA as their second choice institution must change it to their first choice on the JAMB Portal to be eligible for admission.
- Applicants must have five O’level credit passes as per university requirements.
- Candidate must meet the minimum UTME score as determined by the institution
- Candidates are to apply online
Cut-Off Mark
AAUA Cut-off mark is 250 and above (for Law) and 160 and above (for the others).

- Fill out your application form with valid details after successful payment.
- Print out the Admission Application Acknowledgment slip.
